Annual Trieste in Bloom event comes back to Trieste with a new location: Piazza St Antonio from June 18 to June 21.
Trieste in fiore, a 19th edition of a historic market exhibition will take place in Piazza Sant’Antonio, Via Paganini, Via Ponchielli this year, as opposed to its usual location Viale XX Settembre.
Dedicated to the floral industry, the exhibition will see the participation of 16 florists from various Italian regions and some international artists who work with flowers, bulbs, seeds, soil, fertilizers, gardening equipment, garden furniture, essences, stabilized roses and herbalism.
Trieste’s bustling flower market is a must-see: the pristine smell of the soil, the gorgeous blooms, the old ladies looking for something to decorate their (already overladen) tables with and all those fragrant scents are really worth immersing yourself in.
The market is open every day from 9 am to 8 pm, June 18-21.
