An exciting rebirth of the restaurant La Monna de Fer situated via Torrebianca 41, managed by the owners of the Al Petes restaurant Andrea and Giulia Sinico, celebrates the excellence of a young chef Simone Valle.

«I have traveled to many countries and together with my girlfriend we want to introduce Trieste to something different – explains Valle – a new concept, where the flavors of the world meet Trieste. And our menu is special, too. In the last two years – he remembers – I worked in a starred restaurant in Milan, and before that I was in Barcelona. I treasured all the experiences and now I want to bring them to my city ».

La Monna de Fer reopened in October 2020 after some years of closure. You will be pleasantly surprised by a cozy colorful interior and friendly staff.
The restaurant’s menu is unique, with suggestions by the chef Valle. There are no appetizer, first or second dishes, but some inspirations, to get a taste of different culinary specialties.

I especially loved the dessert – a chocolate cake with a chunk of peanut butter – sweet and soft, that melts in your mouth.
The restaurant is open for delivery daily.
