The concert titled “Un dono dei Re Maggi” (A gift of the Three Wise Men, -ed.) will take over Il Rossetti’s stage on Thursday, January 5th at 8.30 pm rounding up a far-ranging cast of musicians.
The charity concert is organized in collaboration with Rotary International and Lions International. 100% of the net proceeds for the concert will go to the radiology department of Burlo Garofolo children’s hospital.
“We got this brilliant idea one night at dinner,” said Il Rossetti’s director, Francesco Granbassi. “We wanted to do something artistic for a great cause which would involve Daniela and I think we came up with something grand.”
The evening’s lineup includes Daniela Barcellona, and other young stars. The concert, which will involve singers as well as dancers, will transport the audience with the music by Tchaikovsky, Bizet, Rossini, Taralli, Puccini, Saint-Säens, Offenbach and others.
“A grand show for a good cause,” said the organizers “which will involve the world renown mezzo-soprano Daniela Barcellona as well as FVG Orchestra and many others. It’s shouldn’t be missed.”
