PM Mario Draghi paid an unexpected visit to Friuli Venezia Giulia this Monday, 21 March.
Prime Minister traveled to Palmanova (UD) today, where he visited the local Civil Protection center and the hub used to store materials being sent to Ukraine.
He was accompanied by the head of the Civil Protection Department, Fabrizio Curcio. After the visit, Prime Minister Draghi attended an operational meeting with the competent authorities and met with Civil Protection volunteers before addressing journalists.
President of Friuli Venezia Giulia, Massimiliano Fedriga, underlined how important PM’s visit was thanking Draghi for easing the communication between regions and the central state.
