Don Pasquale, one of Gaetano Donizetti’s most famous operas, will go on Teatro Verdi’s stage this Friday, 1 April, at 8:30 pm.

Director Gianni Marras based his production on the original version of Don Paquale, working on the sketches for the first performance in Rome. Donizzetti’s Don Pasquale has become a classic of the Trieste repertoire.
It is conducted by Roberto Gianola and Paolo Longo, with Antonino Siragusa and Nina Muho in the lead role, Pablo Ruiz and Michele Giovi as Don Pasquale and Vincenzo Nizzardo as doctor Malatesta. For full details see Teatro Verdi’s website.
