A big movie production will take place in Trieste 12-16 September which will result in various street closures in the following week.
FVG Film Commission together with PromoTurismo FVG, are bringing another foreign production (the details of which are still undisclosed) to Trieste.
Recently FVG Commissioned secured a number of deals, one of which was a Hollywood blockbuster with Charlize Theron.
Local authorities say that measures approved by the Italian government have seen Trieste return to being competitive on an international stage once more.
The movie production will take off on Monday the 12th in the following areas: Stazione Marittima, Cavana, piazza della Borsa and piazza Ponterosso and will be take place almost entirely during the night.
Traffic will remain limited until 16 September in via Luigi Cadorna, via dell’Annunziata, via del Mercato Vecchio, in via Armando Diaz, via del Mercato Vecchio, via dell’Annunziata, Riva del Mandracchio, via Luigi Cadorna, via Genova, via Roma and Riva Tre Novembre.
