Antonia Klugmann, owner of the renowned FVG restaurant L’Argine in Vencò, a few kilometers from the Slovenian border, has been included in the ‘The Best 100 World Chefs’ list.
In 2014 she opened her restaurant L’Argine in Vencò, a few kilometers from the Slovenian border and since 2015 the restaurant has been yearly awarded a Michelin star and is one of the 27 “4 hats” restaurants in the prestigious Espresso Guide.
In 2017 Antonia replaced Chef Carlo Cracco as the fourth judge in the seventh edition of Masterchef Italia, alongside Chef Joe Bastianich, Chef Antonino Cannavacciuolo and Chef Bruno Barbieri.
Klugmann is known for her creative cuisine, which follows the seasons, reduces waste, and is enhanced the daily relationship with nature.
