A 90 square meter apartment and an atelier in viale XX Settembre are among the many properties of Silvio Berlusconi – an inheritance from an excentric Triestine artist and admirer, Glauco Dimini.

The painter, who passed away in 2015, had no children and decided to leave the two properties to his cherished Berlusconi. The first property is an apartment in via Berlam and the second is a warehouse atelier in Viale XX Settembre, near the Rossetti theater.

Dimini was a whimsical man and a great fan of Berlusconi to the point of signing a 2014 petition for the late Berlusconi’s candidacy in the European elections. It remains unclear if Dimini ever met Silvio Berlusconi but he had had various mail exchanges with the Cavaliere. It is yet to be seen what the heirs of the founder of the Mediaset and Forza Italia are going to do with a “Triestine gift”.
