Ecological, traditional, and natural are all the elements that compose the spirit of this non-profit organization.
This Saturday, July 29, the date is in the Public Garden Tommasini. The Bioest has been organizing one of the most known, and important fairs in Italy since 1993. In 2005 it arrived in Trieste to come back again in 2009.
Bioest offers the exchange of plants and experiences. All the nature and wildlife lovers will be delighted with the environment that has well known and less common species in exhibition.
The gardening and horticulture market is the ideal place to search for something local. Bioest chooses carefully the exhibitors, and as a result, the fair is full of artisans, artists, farmers, and small companies. Anywhere you see a stand, probably there’s a project, with a personal-family story behind.
During the day the fest offers a public space committed to share the work, and promote alternatives to consuming. The main objective is to introduce the small producers and manual workers to the market. This year the public of Trieste will enjoy some entertainment and information provided by activists, pacifists, volunteers, and solidarity associations. The next call will be at the end of August and September.
