Several bullets dating back to World War II were spotted in Contovello Lake by a local photographer for the Slovenian newspaper, media reports.

The judiciary will try to clarify the contours of the story which, as reported by the Slovenian newspaper of Trieste, represents only the latest discovery in the Karst area.

The Karst plateau was marked by the passage of troops during the Second World War and it is not remote the hypothesis that some groups of soldiers, at the end of hostilities, abandoned material or military equipment everywhere.
