In the heart of the city, a graphic exhibition of the coffee brand is a ‘reconstruction’ of the large journey building a worldwide presence and recognition. The exhibition, hosted at the Salone degli Incanti is open from September 9th to October 22th, free of charge.

“Hausbrandt and Trieste.Central European Culture and Trades(1892-2023)” represents the changes during Italy’s growth. Exploring the scenes implies understanding the communication through each element, from the logo to the calligraphy, and even the chosen mugs are part of their design.

To support the festival the Municipality of Trieste, willing to embrace the relationship between the city and the company, has organized talks and concerts with aperitivo. The coffee brand is in 90 countries around the world, and therefore its offer of tastes, styles and rites has been evolving until achieve international excellence.

In the city of coffees and cafes, this becomes an unmissable the opportunity of embracing a journey over 130 years of Italian brand recognition. With this initiative Martino Zanetti, President of the Hausbrandt Group and lover of Art, wants to show the connection between the company’s success and the importance they give to great communication.

Nowadays Italy is internationally recognized for its food and coffee. When Hausbrandt just began, Trieste was an important commercial hub for coffee. In fact, under the Habsburg Empire Trieste became vital for the coffee import.

Due to that the city started building its name under the frequent visits of artists, writers, politicians, and intellectuals of history. The center of all the big debates and elite conversations: The cafes.

The exhibition also demonstrates the link between the Hausbrandt Foundation and Trieste, contributing to the valorization of the historical architecture heritage of the city with the project of restoring the historic Palazzo Carciotti.
