With the opening of the first store in Trieste, the Polo del Gusto presents the Incantalia project, which will develop as a network of stores in Italy, abroad and online.

The new shop, in via Einaudi, welcomes the offer of the Polo del Gusto brands and offers a selection of other products, united by quality, rigor in the selection of ingredients, attention to sustainability.

Incantalia was born from the vision of Riccardo Illy, who since the early 2000s, within the illy Group, then Polo del Gusto, has built a path of diffusion of a new culture of food and the values ​​of superior quality thanks to the selection and acquisition of excellent brands.
