The Corsa dei Castelli race takes place on Sunday 15 October with a 10-km route beginning at Miramare Castle and ending at the St Giusto Castle.

The 7th edition of the race, which starts at 10 am, will see hundreds of participants, including runners from various countries around the world, compete for the grand prize.

The 10k route takes in some of the city’s best known landmarks including Miramare Castle, Porto Vecchio, Piazza Unità and St Giusto, with a race village set up at St Giusto’s grounds.

This year’s event will also include a non-competitive 10k race open to all without the need of the FIDAL certificate.

The event will result in road closures and the re-routing of bus lines.
