‘Cose Di Vecchie Case’ Market Is Back In Opicina

The market that surprises every third Thursday of the month is back this Thursday, 19 October, with plenty of thing on offer.

From 8 am to sunset visitors can immerse into “un pozzo di ocassioni” spirit of the market. From small antiques, collections, artistic crafts, vintage vinyls, comics, to miniatures, models and more.

The new market by the cultural Association “Cose de Vecchie” takes place in Opicina in co-organization with the Municipality of Trieste.

As every third Thursday of the month exhibitors from all the region will have their collections along the sidewalk of Via Nazionale.

The market aims to revitalize the Karst village of Opicina and serve as a touristic attraction, drawing visitors from the city, both residents and tourists, to increase and encourage the local economy.

The Cultural Association Cose di Vecchie Case, celebrates 25 years of activity this 2023 and currently has over 350 members, among them 100 private exhibitors including collectors, hobbyists, artists and artisans that collaborate with the events.
