“We have seen a huge increase in tourism this past spring and summer,” the president of Trieste Trasporti, Maurizio Wildauer told us. “It is important to create the possibility for locals as well as tourists to move freely within our city. With this in mind, we are thinking about launching a new connection come spring time that would decongest the traffic on the streets of Trieste.”

“We are very happy about this past season,” said Bianca Jurcich, vice president of the Delfino Verde navigation. “We have had a 20 % increase in passengers this past season and we are ready to welcome a new motorboat in April that will have the capacity of transporting 100 bicycles and 300 passengers, due to a great interest in cycling tourism in our region.”
