Trieste is gearing up for an epic New Year’s Eve bash, and the city’s got a lineup that’s sure to make it one for the books. The lowdown on the festivities, complete with live tunes and a fireworks extravaganza, just dropped courtesy of the city’s bigwigs. They’re promising a night to remember as we bid farewell to the old and welcome in the new.
The party kicks off at a rockin’ 10:30 PM and won’t stop till the clock strikes 1:30 AM. Leading the charge are none other than DJs Renato Pontoni and Kriss Simon. But that’s not all – at 11:00 PM, Turin’s own “Divina Live” will take center stage, belting out chart-toppers from pop, rock, and disco, plus throwing it back with hits from the ’70s, ’80s, and ’90s. And of course, they’re tossing in some of today’s hottest jams. All night long, hosts Andro Merkù and Martina Riva will be tag-teaming on stage, guiding us through the countdown to the big moment.
When the clock strikes midnight, we’re saying hello to 2024 with the iconic notes of Strauss’s “The Blue Danube” and a mind-blowing 20-minute fireworks display. And the party doesn’t stop there – get ready for a non-stop show of music and special effects, featuring everything from Shakira to Madonna, Duran Duran to Bob Sinclair.
Trieste is pulling out all the stops for a New Year’s blowout that’ll have everyone talking. Get ready to wave goodbye to 2023 and welcome in 2024 in style!
I think fireworks should be canceled while real bombs are killing all over the world.plus our poor animals suffer.
