In a bid to enhance the educational and formative experience for primary and lower secondary school students, the Integrated School Service (S.I.S.) is now accepting applications for the academic year 2024-2025. This program, designed to complement the offerings of primary and lower secondary schools, aims to enrich the leisure time options provided by the municipal recreational activities.
S.I.S. encompasses various aspects such as pre-reception at school, lunch, homework assistance, and a range of recreational activities including sports, music, theater, and both structured and free play. These activities are geared towards promoting the autonomy and well-being of children and adolescents.
The S.I.S. operates at multiple locations, catering to different schools and age groups:
- Primary S. Pertini – Via Forlanini, 30

And several more locations across Trieste, each serving specific primary and lower secondary schools.
Parents interested in enrolling their children in the S.I.S. program for the 2024-2025 academic year should submit their applications online through the Trieste Municipal Enrollment Portal. The application window is open from January 18 to February 10, 2024.
Online submissions can be made using one of the following authentication methods:

- CIE (Electronic Identity Card): Visit www.cartaidentita.interno.gov.it for details.
- CNS (National Services Card)
