It’s another day of blistering wind in Trieste so we asked locals how best to bear the bora.
As for the weather forecast, according to Osmer, on Wednesday, January 10, the sky in the region will be clear or slightly cloudy. In the morning, strong Bora winds will blow along the coast, especially in Trieste, where gusts will reach around 80-100 km/h. Winds will be moderate to strong on the rest of the coast and in the eastern areas, while Bora is expected to weaken throughout the day.
Widespread frost is expected in the mountains, and there may be frost in the plains overnight. Maximum temperatures will still be quite low on the coast. In the Tarvisiano region and locally in the Carnic Prealps, there might be low clouds lingering in the valleys in the morning.
