The Cappella Underground introduces “Quante storie quanti mondi” (How many stories, how many worlds), a groundbreaking book club tailored for adolescents aged 16 to 19. Departing from conventional book club norms, these monthly gatherings, hosted at the Mediateca La Cappella Underground on Via Roma 19, prioritize flexibility to accommodate participants’ busy schedules.

Unlike traditional clubs, there’s no assigned reading beforehand; instead, attendees are encouraged to engage in real-time discussions on short stories and writings, guided by the project coordinators.

Attendance at “Quante storie quanti mondi” is complimentary but requires prior reservation via email at mediateca@lacappellaunderground.org. The inaugural meeting is set for Wednesday, March 27th, at 3:30 PM.

This initiative is just one facet of the diverse offerings at Mediateca La Cappella Underground. In the coming weeks, cinephiles can anticipate an expanding array of experiences: from “Visioni Underground,” a cineforum showcasing monthly surprise films never before seen in Italy, to “Play It Again!” sessions curated by the 12 Bit – Retrogaming Cultural Association, exploring the realm of video game culture. Additionally, young enthusiasts can participate in “Nel paese degli animatori selvaggi” (In the land of wild animators), a stop-motion animation workshop tailored for children and teenagers aged 7 to 13, overseen by Goga Mason.
