In anticipation of the European elections set for June 8 and 9, 2024, the Electoral Office of Trieste is offering extended hours to accommodate residents who have yet to collect their voter cards, have misplaced them, or have exhausted the spaces for voting stamps. This special opening aims to ensure that all eligible voters are equipped with the necessary documentation to participate in the upcoming elections.
The Electoral Office, located at passo Costanzi 2, 1st floor, will be accessible during the following hours:
- Until Thursday, June 6: 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Friday, June 7: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Saturday, June 8: 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
- Sunday, June 9: 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
This initiative is designed to facilitate voter participation by providing ample opportunity for citizens to obtain or replace their voter cards. The extended hours reflect the municipality’s commitment to ensuring that every eligible voter has the chance to exercise their democratic right.
