In a bid to bolster extracurricular educational initiatives, the Municipality of Trieste has announced the activation of the “SpaziAMO 2024/2025” call. This call invites committees, associations, and parents to submit projects aimed at enriching educational experiences beyond school hours.

The initiative, designed to foster a culture of children’s rights and parenting, offers a substantial funding pool totaling €30,000.00. This funding will be dispersed over the course of 2024 and 2025, enabling selected applicants to utilize school spaces and gardens for the implementation of educational and recreational programs.

“We believe in the transformative power of education outside traditional classroom settings,” stated a spokesperson for the Municipality of Trieste. “The ‘SpaziAMO 2024/2025’ call represents our commitment to providing enriching opportunities for our youth, while reinforcing the importance of parental involvement.”
