On Sunday, June 30, 2024, the third day of the ShorTS International Film Festival (ShorTS IFF) promises to deliver a dynamic blend of innovative cinema and emerging talent.
The day’s events commence at 5:00 PM in the Xenia Hall, where the ShorTS Immersive competition section will unveil seven pioneering works. These include three productions utilizing Six Degrees of Freedom (6DoF) technology and four in Cinematic Virtual Reality (VR). Gamba, an actress celebrated for her early yet impactful career, has demonstrated a remarkable ability to navigate the complexities of her characters. Her impressive portfolio includes roles in “America Latina,” “Amusia,” “Dante,” and the recent “Gloria!”—the latter of which will be screened post-ceremony. The day culminates at 9:15 PM in the serene setting of the Public Garden, where the first segment of the Maremetraggio section will be showcased.
