Under the soft light of a November weekend, Trieste’s downtown streets and waterfront drew locals and visitors out to savor the Adriatic charm. As residents organized aperitivi and dinners at favorite spots, some strolled the bustling squares, while others paused by the sea. It was an act that seemed to capture Trieste itself — spirited, full of life, and ever-welcoming, whatever the season.
