British American Tobacco (BAT) will host the first edition of its Growth Summit in Trieste this week, a three-day event focused on innovation and personalization in consumer experiences.
The summit, beginning November 19, will bring together over 40 BAT professionals and partners from Europe, Latin America, and Canada, as well as representatives from leading technology firms like Teads, Glovo, and Wonderflow. Discussions will focus on leveraging artificial intelligence and digital tools to enhance customer engagement and optimize e-commerce platforms.
The event will be held across multiple locations in Trieste, including the Generali Convention Center and BAT’s Growth Hub, which has become a key center for the company’s digital transformation initiatives.
“Today, we are fostering partnerships that expand perspectives and connect us to new consumer dimensions,” said Francesca Romana Saule, head of BAT’s Growth Hub.
