The Municipality of Trieste has announced temporary traffic measures for 2025 in anticipation of upcoming sports and cultural events at key venues, including the Palatrieste and the Nereo Rocco and Pino Grezar stadiums.

Starting from 7 hours before each event and continuing until its conclusion, the city will implement a no-parking and no-stopping policy in several areas around the venues. Affected streets include Via dei Macelli, Via Ercole Milani, and Via Valmaura, among others. Vehicles parked illegally in these zones will be removed by authorities.

Additionally, a no-entry policy for all vehicles will be enforced starting 3 hours before the events in the same areas. However, public transport vehicles, taxis, and those with special permits for people with reduced mobility will be exempt. Emergency vehicles and law enforcement will also be permitted access.

These measures are designed to ensure safety and smooth operations during large-scale events, with any necessary adjustments to be made by local authorities on-site.
