After a short summer break, Verdi opera theater reopened its doors to eager public with bright Mozartiade this Friday, 10 September.
“We are slowly but steadily coming back to life,” said Antonio Tasca, Verdi’s artistic director. “We have Comune to thank for supporting us throughout the difficult months of closure. If we are back to our scheduled programing, it’s largely thanks to them.”
Mozartiade will be the first in the series of fall events at Verdi, followed by impeccable Madama Butterfly on 2 October.
