The list of numerous events and activities in and around Trieste was presented last week by the Municipality of Trieste as part of the Trieste Estate 2022 festival which will take over the city 9 June – 30 August.
Every summer Trieste Estate program lights up the city and this year is no different. Trieste Estate 2022 festival will take place in various neighborhoods of Trieste, from Castello di San Giusto to rioni and will include theatrical performances, concerts, shows and dancing.
Suzanne Vega, Mario Biondi, Goran Bregovic, The Dead Daisies, Matt Bianco are just a few of the celebrities who will flock to our city this summer to celebrate the first straw-hat season without pandemic rules.
Trieste Estate will include 167 shows, more than 100 free events and will see more than 1600 artists from Italy and around the globe.
For the first time Trieste Estate will go to the city’s rioni: Borgo San Sergio, San Giacomo, Opicina, Barcola and Servola.
