Valentine’s Day is almost back on the calendar and this year the City Council placed a big heart in the heart of Trieste for everyone to take pictures of.
Residents of the Friuli Venezia-Giulia capital have the chance to take selfies, pictures and videos with the giant luminous heart placed in Piazza della Borsa “for the month of love.”
Whether it be a declaration of love, a marriage proposal or just some well-placed sweet words, the city invites everyone to share the love by posting the photographs online and tagging Comune di Trieste with #triesteinlove hashtag.
The authorities are urging people to get in touch with their poetic and creative side. Let your amorous intentions be known throughout the FVG capital, because if not here, where else?
