‘The Phantom Of The Opera’ broke all records at the Rossetti theater with over 20,000 spectators from 70 different countries.

Ramin Karimloo – as it was announced during the press conference on Tuesday – will return to Trieste on the stage of the Politeama Rossetti October 25 with ‘From The Rehearsal Room: Trieste Live!’ together with Hadley Fraser

Audience that has come for the ‘Phantom Of The Opera’ is 38.73% from Trieste, 14,41% from the rest of the region, 27.44% from the rest of Italy, and 19.42% from other countries. Most of the foreign visitors are United Kingdom residents, followed by the United States, then Croatia and Slovenia. In less quantity, but still surprising, the city receives ticket buyers from China, Japan, Australia, Hong Kong, Mexico, Argentina, and even more far away destinations.

This is a huge thing for the Rossetti Theater, having in mind that on 4 July, was the first time Phantom in The Opera was performed in Italy. The production was presented in its original language, English.

The enthusiasm about the musical is an ocassion to encourage tourism activity. Those who come from far away enjoy the visit to spend a few days around and see all that the region has to offer.

The debut in the city was so successful and now all eyes are on the concert that will take place on October 25. The event, with Ramin Karimloo and Hardley Fraser, will be an extraordinary travel through 100 years of musical theater and this will be the first time “From the Rehearsal Room:Trieste LIVE” will ever be performed in Italy.
