Ferragosto weekend has just started and the Base Club Experience has some special entertainment organized to celebrate the long-awaited Italian holiday.
The events are running until Sunday 20 August in Baia di Sistina (Duino Aurisina). Evenings will be central stage to international music, Italian music, Brazilian rhythms, Latin American, traditional, and special performances.
International artists include most played on the radio DJs and top songs in the list. The track “Morenita” of Hugel is a must play all over the world, a hit in Spain and Italy, and he is expected on Tuesday 15 August at the Club.
The night dedicated to Italian music will see Matteo Diamante on Friday 18 August from 11 pm on. Also, that day will see animation and shows organized by Alberto Marzinotto.
Sunday 20 August 6 pm the classic Sunday aperitif on the magical terrace overlooking the sea will be the stage for an event – Lunar – where the best trendy music and contemporary art forms will merge, thanks to light installations and live performances. The protagonist will be the body painter Isabella Goio, a local artist that grew up and developed her techniques in Trieste.
Goio won the second prize at the Italian Body painting Festival and has been showing her work in multiple festivals (Own Spirit Festival, Wao Festival, Three Sound Festival). In 2022 in the Galleria Rettori Tribbio in Trieste she inaugurated her first personal exhibition “The spirituality of the body through body painting”, which exhibited 22 photographic works with fluorescent acrylic that immortalized her body painting. In 2023 at the Duchi D’Aosta hotel in Trieste she inaugurated, with a live performance, her second show.
Techno music night will see Layton Giordani, one of the young faces of the American Club Scenes, perform on the stage. He is known for being one of the youngest DJs that has performed at the console of Pacha.
