Five residential unites are to be created on the grounds of the historic Diana restaurant in Opicina, which for over sixty years welcomed Trieste families and tourists, thanks by Rosso Costruzioni, a company of the RTE Group.

“This place so dear to the people of Trieste” – states the owner Paolo Rosso, recalling that the company, with decades of history, invests in the progress and dynamism of its projects – “was in conditions of total abandonment and the Group believed right away in this investment. Green Space Villa Diana – the name of the project – is inserted in a unique urban context, in an area imbued with a predominantly residential atmosphere and its strategic position, in front of the Opicina crossroads and a few steps from the departure of the famous Tram, making it a perfect compromise between the livability of the city, the greenery and the climate of the Karst plateau.”

“We want to give back to Opicina an area that over the years has represented an important epicenter. Our task is to keep up with the times and offer those who want to live in Opicina excellent quality accommodation, with sustainable technology, attention to safety, care for internal materials with fine finishes.”

Great attention will be paid to greenery and privacy, both in the terraces equipped with large flower boxes and in the gardens on the ground floor. Complete delivery of the works is expected in summer 2024.
