There are over 200 positions available for construction workers in Friuli Venezia Giulia, as was stated during the press conference on Tuesday morning.
Friuli Venezia Giulia is hiring construction site technicians, specialized and general workers. Over 200 workers will be selected through a recruiting day dedicated to the construction sector, presented on Tuesday by the Region.
There are around seventy companies involved which are destined to increase in the coming days with the participation of other local entities.
Applications must be received online by December 4th, the open day will then be held on December 6th in the construction school locations of the four provinces, and will be open not only to potential workers but also to those who want to delve into training opportunities in the sector.
“Recruiting in the construction field is perhaps the only one in which we have had collective action by all interested parties”, explained regional councilor fo labor and education, Rosolen, who also added some data recalling that “from 2018 to 2022, despite the demographic decline , the sector saw the number of employees rise from 26 thousand to 32 thousand. It is the sector which increased hiring the most, +11%, and stabilizations , +69.4%”.
