In an effort to facilitate the “Agricultural Tourism in F.V.G.” local market organized by the FVG Agricultural Tourism Association, the City of Trieste has announced the implementation of parking restrictions and vehicle removal measures. The market will take place on Wednesdays from January to February 2024, between 7:00 AM and 2:00 PM, or until further notice.

Parking and stopping will be prohibited with the removal of vehicles for all areas not already covered by existing restrictions. Additionally, a no-entry rule for all vehicles will be enforced in the parking area at the intersection of Via del Carpineto and Via Ratto della Pileria, specifically between the detection station in the parking lot and the intersection with Ratto della Pileria. A two-way traffic system will be introduced at the entrance to the parking lot on Via del Carpineto.

Emergency vehicles, law enforcement, and authorized vehicles by the event organizers will be exempt from these restrictions. Any illegally parked vehicles in the designated areas will be towed.

Furthermore, on Fridays from January 5th to March 1st, 2024, between 7:00 AM and 2:00 PM, or until further notice, parking and stopping restrictions with vehicle removal will be in effect in the area between the “Mille Bimbi” Public Nursery Schools and the “Santa Caterina da Siena” Parish on Via dei Mille. Similar exemptions for emergency services, law enforcement, and event-authorized vehicles apply.

Law enforcement or local police present on-site may make additional changes or additions to these regulations, ensuring the safety and operational efficiency of the event.
