Under the terms of the decree, compensation will cover 45% of eligible expenses, encompassing structural components, roofing materials, windows, and technical services essential for rehabilitation efforts. Beneficiaries can expect contributions ranging from $50 to $30,000, with the possibility of combining these funds with insurance compensation to meet the full extent of their damages.
The approved compensation package aims not only to alleviate financial burdens but also to expedite the restoration process, allowing affected individuals to regain the use of their homes swiftly.
