Renowned pianist Luca Chiandotto’s upcoming piano recital at the Tartini Conservatory is generating considerable buzz among music enthusiasts. Chiandotto, a young virtuoso known for his prodigious talent, is set to take the stage on Tuesday, February 27th, at 8:30 pm in the prestigious Tartini Hall.
Having garnered multiple awards and accolades, including the prestigious Brunelli Prize and triumphs at international competitions such as the Coimbra World Piano Competition, Chiandotto’s performance promises to be an unforgettable experience.
The recital will feature a captivating program, starting with Ludwig van Beethoven’s Sonata in E-flat major, Op. 31 No. 3, followed by selections from Isaac Albéniz’s masterpiece “Iberia.” Critics unanimously acclaim Albéniz’s work as a cornerstone of early 20th-century piano literature.
Chiandotto’s musical journey is as remarkable as his talent. Graduating with top honors from the Tartini Conservatory in 2019, he has since established himself as a prominent figure in the classical music scene. His performances, both as a soloist and with orchestras, have captivated audiences in prestigious venues around the world.
Beyond his musical prowess, Chiandotto’s dedication to his craft is evident in his scholarly pursuits. He has studied under renowned mentors and has a deep understanding of both classical and contemporary repertoire. His debut CD, “Miroirs de la musique,” released in December 2021, received widespread acclaim, further cementing his status as a rising star in the classical music world.
Chiandotto’s commitment to music education is equally impressive. Currently serving as a piano teacher at the Paisiello Conservatory in Taranto, he continues to inspire the next generation of musicians.
