The regional Finance Councillor highlighted during a press conference that “Borderless Wireless” aims to lay the groundwork for further development in the Friuli Venezia Giulia area while fostering the professional and educational growth of young people.
In light of the recent Giro d’Italia, the initiative can look to champions like Slovenian cyclist Tadej Pogacar and Friulian cyclist Jonathan Milan as paragons of dedication, humility, and local pride. These athletes epitomize the qualities that Go!2025 seeks to inspire in the youth.

With seven months to go before Go!2025 kicks off, the platform already features 350 points of interest, over 1,800 accommodation options, and 350 events, numbers expected to grow significantly in the upcoming weeks.

Nova Gorica and Gorizia’s role as the European Capital of Culture coincides with the Universal Jubilee of the Catholic Church, adding a layer of historical and spiritual significance to the event. Among the notable partners is the Aquileia Foundation, renowned for its efforts in promoting the archaeological and cultural heritage of the town of Aquileia, a key site in the spread of Christianity in Europe.
