September heralds the official commencement of activities for two dynamic sports associations at Trieste Campus, signaling a fresh season of athletic engagement for the local community. The ASD Fiamma Karate Samer & Co. Shipping and ASD San Giusto Scherma will be launching their new programs with a series of open days and workshops aimed at welcoming new participants and enthusiasts.
The month begins with a focus on karate. On Sunday, September 1, the ASD Fiamma Karate will host a specialized workshop for athletes at the orange belt level and above. This event will be led by Master Giorgio D’Amico, an esteemed 8th dan black belt and high-level trainer. The workshop promises to offer an in-depth experience for those looking to refine their skills or deepen their understanding of karate.
Following the workshop, the campus will hold a series of open days from September 2 to 5. These sessions are designed for various age groups and will run as follows: from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM for children aged 4 to 7; from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM for children aged 8 to 11; and from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM for teenagers aged 12 to 14, as well as adults.

Fencing enthusiasts or those curious about the sport will have the opportunity to engage with ASD San Giusto Scherma, which is organizing trial lessons on Monday, September 9, and Thursday, September 12. These sessions will take place from 4:45 PM to 6:00 PM at Trieste Campus. The lessons are open to all, though advance reservation is required.
