Ski enthusiasts in Friuli Venezia Giulia are in for a treat this holiday season, with ideal snow conditions across the region’s resorts. Following early-week snowfalls and a drop in temperatures, all major ski areas are open, offering a perfect opportunity for winter sports lovers to enjoy the slopes between Christmas and New Year.

Sappada’s lifts are open, offering both downhill and cross-country skiing, while Ravascletto/Zoncolan provides extensive slopes for skiers of all levels.
Cross-Country Trails:
For cross-country enthusiasts, several tracks are available, including 5.5 kilometers of the Campioni track in Sappada and 3 kilometers of the Carnia Arena track in Forni Avoltri.
Skipass Information:
Skipasses can be purchased online, at resort kiosks, and at various locations throughout the region, including the Amaro booth and Lignano Sabbiadoro’s temporary store. Prices for a daily pass start at €44, with discounts for seniors and children.
